At Gardenity we respect your privacy. We acquire and retain only the minimum amount of personal information necessary to provide our service to you.

We collect the following personal data:

  • name

  • home address

  • telephone number

  • email address

  • make-up of your family as far at is relevant to the garden and its use.

We need your personal data in order to:

  • respond to your enquiry

  • visit the project site (usually your garden)

  • communicate with you during the design and implementation process

  • once the work is finished, to ask for reviews and testimonials, to address any issues that may arise, to request access for taking photographs of the garden as it matures

  • occasionally, to inform you of any offers from Gardenity that we think might be of benefit to you

We may share your name, address and contact details with third-parties relevant to your garden project, such as landscapers and other tradesmen, and suppliers who would deliver materials to your home address. This will only be done following your express consent.

We may ask for your permission to use some of the photographs of your garden for marketing purposes (on Gardenity website and/or social media platforms). Your personal data or the garden’s location will not be attached to those photographs.

Gardenity website uses cookies in order to understand how you use our website. The information gathered this way is then combined with that of other users of our website to let us know how our website is being used. For this we use two third-party service providers: Google Analytics and Squarespace.

You may choose to set your web browser to refuse cookies, but following this some parts of the website may not function properly.

We will keep your personal data on file for as long as is reasonably necessary to provide our service to you.
